  • Processing times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

  • We reserve the right to delay processing for fraud verification, inventory discrepancies, or regulatory review.

Once an order has been submitted, modifications or cancellations are not guaranteed.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Shipping timelines displayed at checkout are carrier estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

We ship via major carriers, including but not limited to:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, high shipping volume, natural disasters, labor disruptions, supply chain interruptions, or other events beyond our control do not constitute grounds for refunds.


3. Risk of Loss & Title Transfer

All products purchased from Lift DSM Nutrition are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract.

Risk of loss and title for products transfer to the customer upon delivery of the order to the shipping carrier.

Once the carrier has taken possession of the package, Lift DSM Nutrition is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Delivery delays

  • Carrier mis-deliveries

  • Damage occurring during transit

Customers must pursue claims directly with the carrier where applicable.


4. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

If a package is:

  • Returned due to an incorrect address

  • Refused by the recipient

  • Undeliverable

The customer is responsible for:

  • Reshipping fees

  • Any carrier return fees

  • Any loss in product value (if applicable)

We are not obligated to issue refunds for undeliverable shipments.


5. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows “Delivered,” Lift DSM Nutrition considers the order fulfilled.

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

Customers should:

  1. Contact the carrier immediately

  2. File a claim with the carrier

  3. Contact local authorities if theft is suspected

We may, at our sole discretion, assist in claim documentation but are under no obligation to replace or refund delivered orders.


6. Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Cosmetic changes

  • Degradation caused by environmental exposure during transit

Customers assume responsibility for selecting appropriate shipping methods during extreme weather conditions.


8. Shipping Restrictions & Regulatory Compliance

Due to state and federal regulations governing dietary supplements, certain products may not be shipped to specific jurisdictions.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel orders
